The dog days of summer certainly aren’t affecting progress onsite, as it’s been all hands on deck in preparation of the coming occupancies!
At Balsam house, Floor 2 is substantially complete, with subsequent floors to follow in the coming weeks. Flooring work is ongoing on floors 4 and 5 and the parkade is set to be painted in Mid-July. Over at Cameron house, drywall has reached the 4th floor with tiling and millwork starting on floor 2.
At the Clubtowns, we hit a major milestone this past month with 4 of the units reaching occupancy! The remaining units are all in the final stretch with finishing and painting being the top priorities.
