Construction at our Fenelon Lakes Club community is speeding along!
Over at Balsam house, exterior finishing work is well underway with the basecoat substantially applied. On the interior, finish painting has started on the 2nd floor along with final millwork and tiling installations. Exterior finishing work has also begun on Cameron house.
At the Clubtowns, curbs and sidewalks have been poured, soon to be followed by base coat asphalt. Elsewhere, full attention is being paid to interior finishes with painters, tilers and millwork installers hard at work!
