Following the completion of Cameron and Balsam houses last year, this summer we’ve started working on the waterfront townhomes and amenity spaces. Foundation work has been completed on the first block of townhomes with framing advancing rapidly.
Construction has also started on the clubhouse and pool with the foundations for both being recently poured.
Landscaping was completed within the rest of the site this spring, and the great summer weather we’ve been having is allowing the Fenelon Lakes Club to show its full potential!
