A resort-style development planned for Fenelon Falls has already seen significant sales just three weeks after going on the market.
The Fenelon Lakes Club project, by MDM Developments, will eventually contain 86 private residences, comprised of 66 condominiums, 10 waterfront townhomes and 10 “bungaloft” townhomes.
Rachel Jones, a spokesperson for the project, says ground has already been broken on the project on the shores of Cameron Lake, at the end of West Street. She says they’ve sold more than 85 per cent of Phase 1 in less than three weeks, and currently 65 per cent of Phase 2 is sold.
The development will feature resort-style amenities such as an outdoor pool and entertaining space, fitness centre, games room and fireside lounge and more.
“Future residents will also be able to enjoy the best of lakeside living without any of the hassles, with boating, kayaking and canoeing right outside their front door, and outdoor attractions such as the Victoria Rail Trail right nearby.”
